Recruitment agencies in Slovakia are incorporated to provide
recruitment services to both natural persons
searching for jobs in this country, but also to businesses established here which are interested to find
suitable candidates for their
jobs openings. A
recruitment agency is incorporated following the procedures established under the
Slovakian legislation.
Our team of Slovakian company formation representatives can help local and foreign entrepreneurs to
register a recruitment company, but also to obtain business permits necessary for this activity.
Register a Slovakian recruitment company
Any
company incorporated in Slovakia must be represented by a
trading name, which should be a unique name on the
Slovakian territory. In order to verify the uniqueness of the
business name the
investor is interested in, he or she should register at the
Commercial Register. The institution is able to provide a certificate in this sense, after the name was approved.
Further on, the investor should
notarize the statutory documents of the company – the memorandum and the articles of association, which are drafted in accordance with the
legal entity under which the company will carry out its activity in
Slovakia.
A particularity of the Slovak system refers to the registration of the company for trading license, income tax and health insurance. All these procedures can be performed at the Trade Licensing Office, an entity working under the One-stop-shop agency. Moreover, the investor can apply for the above mentioned by submitting only one form.
Legal entities available in Slovakia
• general partnership;
• limited partnership;
• joint stock company.
Such entities are established with the purpose of conducting business activities, but, under the stipulations of the local law, they can be also incorporated for non-commercial activities (the rule is applicable only for the LLC and joint stock companies).
